How To Order

Thank you for loving my handmade pieces. All products here are hand cut and made with love.


Here are a few simple steps to place your order:


1. Fill in the order form which is located at the bottom of my blog, or send me an email at red.clover.c@gmail.com with the following details:

Full Name:
    H/P no:
    Address:
    Item Code/Description & Quantity:
    Remarks:

2. I will reply with stock availability and billing amount.
3. To confirm your order, please transfer the amount to me within two (2) days.
4. After verifying your payment, please allow 3-5 business days  as each item is hand cut and made especially for you! I will inform you once your order is ready.

Payment Policy
  1. To pay, you can bank in the payment to my Maybank account. (account number will be given to you once your order is confirmed)
  2. After Payment, please inform me via email.

Pre-ordering
  1. Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the item before order.
  2. Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.
Delivery Policy
All prices are excluding postage. Postage rate depend on weight/size of the purchase.
Delivery will be made every working-day (Monday-Friday)
I will not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. 
Peninsula Malaysia: 500gram Below RM6.00 additional each 100gram RM2.00
Sabah & Sarawak: 500gram Below RM10.00 additional each 100gram RM3.00

1.After sending out your parcel, I will inform you the tracking number via your contact email. If you have not received your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company
 2.If you've given an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned, Buyers will have to pay the additional shipping to resend the parcel..
